2. All glory and adorations be to Almighty God, Eledumare Ọba ada-ẹda. I say Ọlọrun Ọba oṣe adupẹ ti adájọ ti ọjọ dẹ k’ore, we appreciate you for making this day a worthy one for myself and my fellow Omoluabi(s) YCYW Ogun state council to be alive today to witness this program of inauguration of YCYW Ado odo ota Executives and Appointment of Patron and Advisers for the council (i.e Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide, Ado Odo Ota Local Government Chapter, Ogun State Council.

3. My profound gratitude also goes to the father of all Ogun State Youths His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun (MFR), whom all Omoluabis of the Gateway State through is good traits refer to as the youths friendly and listening Governor, for his efforts towards the growth and development of the State and most especially pertaining to the youths development and involvement in piloting the affairs of our dear Gateway State.

4. My enormous appreciation also goes to our Grand Royal Patron and Father, His Imperial Majesty Alayéluwa Oba Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, Olori gbogbo alade ile Yoruba (Ooni Adimula of Ile Ife and Co-Chairman Traditional Council of Nigeria) for what Eledumare has been using His Majesty so greatly to instill in all Yoruba sons and daughters across the world irrespective of their differences, to always embrace peace, love and unity, it is my prayer that Oonirisa lives so long in good health on the throne of his forefathers in the house of Oodua, I extend the royal greetings to all our Royal fathers in Ogun State most especially our Royal Host of today, His Royal Majesty, Alayéluwa Oba (Prof) Abudkabir Adeyemi Obalanlege, Arole Iganmode, Olota of Ota-Awori Kingdom and all our distinguished Royal fathers here present today, Kabiesi, I say Ki ade pe l’ori, ki bàtà pe lese, ki ẹṣin ọba jẹ ko pẹ, Kabiesi o!

5. My exceptional gratitude also goes to my leader, the founder and Global President of Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide, the Aare ọdọ Yoruba Lagbaye in person of Aare (Barr.) Oladotun Hassan for his leadership roles that has been guiding us in the piloting of the affairs of this council in Ogun state and beyond. And i must also congratulate our National Executive Host of today, worthy son of Ota-Awori and Ogun State, who happens to be the pioneer Coordinator of our noble council (YCYW) Ado Odo/Ota Local Government but today the National Secretary (i.e Akowe Odo Oodua), Ogbeni Ajibode Abdulkabir Olawale, í appreciate you.

6. I can’t but also appreciate the support of Hon. Dr. Taiwo Emmanuel – The Ogun State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism and all other Ogun state Functionaries, in Addition, we also appreciate the support of Hon Sheriff Adewale Musa (The Executive Chairman. Ado Odo/Ota Local Government), Hon Kola Salako, (SSA to Deputy Governor), Hon Aina Kazeem Owolabi (Prince of Courage) The Chairman of today’s historical event, thank you sir.

ii) I must also appreciate my members of Executive in the State Council and all the local government executives for their all time support that has always been so helpful in piloting of the affairs and general welfare of our fellow youths in Ogun State, I say thank you to you all.

(7) Our beloved council i.e Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW); being the Apex umbrella body of all Yoruba Youth’s organizations is predicated on Awoism credo and vision, aimed at promoting mass orientation towards the noble advancement of the Yoruba tradition, norms and cultural heritage amongst the Yoruba Youths domiciled within the
Southwestern parts of Nigeria, Nationwide and In Diaspora.

YCYW was established upon the burning desire to appropriate a robust channel for the Yoruba re-orientation, re-vitalization and rebirth of the Yoruba age-long concepts and homogenous spirit of Alajobi, Omoluabi and Isokan.

(8) In our quest to contribute our quoter to the growth of our community and Ogun state, YCYW Ogun state Council in conjunction with IITA Ibadan officials have trained and empowered more than 150 Ogun state Youths in Agriculture (Casava ,Maize ,cucumber and other Arable crops),Which has metamorphose into progress story has we have been able to embarked on plantation of more than 2 hectres of farmland for plantation of casava and maize at alagbagba farm settlement Olodo,Abeokuta, Ilaro and other areas in Ogun state.

(9) We are happy to reports that YCYW Ogun state Council in conformity with our Apex body has commence work on the Proposed Establishment of Southwest Agricultural Economic development Zone (SWAEDZ) which has received more acceptability and support from the Office of Minister For Trade and investment,The Presidency Abuja and most Traditional Obas across Yoruba land, SWAEDZ when Established which is expected to convert all our deep forest reserves and abandoned/Ongoing land sites/Agric farms into useful agric estate/Settlement for the proposed SWAEDZ project to be launched in all 6 southwest state with Annex headquarters in Ogun state in consonance and positive realization of federal Government of Nigeria led by President Muhammadu Buhari.GCFR administration lofty ideas.

(10) However, I hereby officially welcome us all on behalf of the YCYW Ogun State Council to today’s Ycyw Ado odo ota local government Official Executives inauguration , Awards presentation.

(11) Let it be on a note that we also have Ado Odo Ota Local Government Indegine among both the National and State Executives who are Ogbeni Ajibode Abdul, the National Secretary and Comr Yusuf Wasiu Olamilekan pka Oko Momi, the State Public Relations Officer and are both doing well in their respective portfolios.

(12). And to all our lucky Awardees I congratulate you all for today’s remarkable success, I must say that we acknowledge your efforts and the roles you’ve been playing that has earned you this Award, and I must reiterate that one of the reasons for this award is to grease your elbows the more to be able to put more effort in ensuring that our dear state and ado odo ota local government rise greatly through the collective efforts of we the youths.

(13) Permit me to also use this medium to call on the attention of the State government under the Ked administration of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR once again to as a matter of urgency do the needful on the bad portion of roads within Ado Odo Ota local government and beyond and also put more effort in the state of insecurity that is increasing on daily basis in our society today, and for that we urge the Chief Security Officer of Our beloved gateway state i.e His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR to please intensify his usual leadership
Efforts to fight against all acts of terrorism, kidnapping and banditry for peace to reign in Ogun State.

(14) Conclusively, I specially welcome our fathers and mothers in our midst today, I must say that we really do appreciate your coming today despite your tight schedules you still make out time to be amongst us your children, Eṣe gan, ile ati ona yin oni dàrú lagbara eledumare.

(15) And to all my fellow Omoluabi youths and participants here present, I welcome each and everyone of us all without exception, thank you all for coming and i hope we all enjoy and have a good time together.

(16) Eṣe púpọ, eledumare a bukun fún gbogbo wa oo, oodua agbe wa, ajuwase oo! Àṣẹ!

(17) Yoruba ni mi, Omo kaaro o jiire!
