Yoruba Youths of Ogun State Paid A Working Visit To Government Secretariat, Seek Ogun State Government Synergy For Youths Development

The Ogun State Council of the Apex Yoruba Youth Group; Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide, YCYW ably led by the Chairman, Hon. Sunday Adebowale, yesterday 6/10/2021 paid a working and familiarization visit to the Government Secretariat, Oke Mosan.

The meeting which started from the office of the Chairman, Ogun State Agricultural and Multipurpose Credit Agency (OSAMCA) Hon Hunye Semako, and GM Mr Abolaji Isreal, had the teaming leaders of the Yoruba Youth Council in attendance and ways of having the government support on the agricultural project of the council was discussed.

The team proceeded to the Office of the new Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Barr. Olusegun Thomas Olaotan, to felicitate with him on his new appointment and also seek his fatherly support in the progress and development of the Youths who have been working around the clock to prevent the Yoruba culture, tradition and norms from going into extinction.

And lastly is the briefing meeting of the Office of the SSA to the Governor of Ogun State on Environment, Aare Akintunde Farouk who happens to be the State Adviser to the council, to update him on the progress and plans of the council.

All meetings was successfully as the team was received warmly by the Government officials that promised to support all possible initiatives that would bring improvement to the development of the Youths and the entire citizens of the state in general.
