Eid el FITRI: Ogun APC Youths solicit prayers , continuous support for Gov. Abiodun

Ogun State Coordinate of the All Progressives Congress Youth League has rejoiced with Muslims across the world , especially in Ogun State, on the occasion of the 2021 Eid el Fitri celebration.

A statement by the State Publicity Secretary of the league, Adewale Adeleye pointed out that the League enjoined the faithful to remain committed to the development of the state, as currently led by Governor Dapo Abiodun.

According to the release, the State Coordinator of the league, Comrade Olamide Lawal enjoined Muslims to use the period of the celebration to pray for the nation, Ogun state and its leadership.

” Governor Dapo Abiodun is on track and is delivering his campaign promises. This is evident in all parts of the state. Even the rural areas are not left out. Hence we need to use the celebration to pray for him to succeed in office” he explained.

The Coordinator maintained that Muslims had fasted for 30days and had been spiritually rejuvenated, calling on the faithful to remain fervent in their prayers for the present administration.

“During Ramadan, Muslims pray more. It is believed that God answers prayers faster while fasting. So, we should remember to pray for our party leaders in the state because as youths , their success is our success” He submitted

He called for further support for the incumbent governor and his team, noting that the present administration is a youth-friendly one.

Lawal emphasised, “Governor Dapo Abiodun is God-Sent to Ogun State. No doubt about that. All he needs from us is continuous support so that he would be able to do more than he had done in the coming years”
